  Good Starter Steam Mop

  I bought this steam mop because I starting seeing them everywhere and curiosity got the best of me. I have no real complaints about this mop because based on the price, it does what it should.I use it on tile, hardwood, and stick on laminate flooring. It works great on the tile and laminate/hardwood floor. However, on the stick on flooring, the mop has a tendency to stick, which is probably because the heat from the mop start to melt the stick on flooring.When pushing the mop, it stays in contact with the floor but when pulling it back, it lifts from the floor. I have no issue with this and I simply modified my strokes and speed to account for it. The first time I used the mop, my floors were very wet but each subsequent session has proven to be right on target. The floors take less than one minute to dry.I love that the pads are washable and that there are no chemicals involved.   GOOD STEAM MOP

  i was looking at other steam mops, like the ever so popular shark, but to my research and family experiance they arn;t that great..my grandmother has gone through 2 of them because the hose that shoots the steam out hte bottom keeps exploding inside of the machine.And i know this because ive take it apart and you can see the hose is just split verticly down the middle, and its done it on 2 different sharks (same model), only after a couple of months of use. so after that i said i wouldn't buy one. So i bought this steam mop about 2 months ago...and it is still doing a great job...it cleans the floors without using chemicals. the one i got was the DELUXE one, it comes with 2 mop pads and one dust type one with microfiber fingers on it, it also came with the carpet glider...i use it for everything i even ajust it to the lowest small handle setting so it is compact size, and i do my coffee table and couches, because the steam has that germ killing ability. the reason for my 4 star... 4/5 Amber Varga "amber" (Cornelia,GA) - See all my reviews, March 3, 2010

  Hard to push

  At first, I was excited to find a steam mop that was a good price, and because Dirt devil products are normally great, I felt that this mop would be a good fit. The mop was hard to push and pull. It would flop up when pulling back which caused too much water to left.   Better than some other stick vacuums, but no replacement for a real vacuum.

  Customer Video Review Length:: 2:26 MinsThis Rowenta 18V vacuum is better than a previous "Shark" one we had mainly because, in addition to the brushroll, it actually has some suction as well. It's lightweight, though unstable when standing up by itself. Certainly it's no replacement for a full-sized corded vacuum, but it does ok with most quick pick-up tasks. I wouldn't use it on thick carpet or berber as the brushes just don't stick out far enough. Getting into corners is ok, though the brushroll is only toward the wider portion of the vacuum.It does filter well as you'll see in the video and uses a similar final filter sponge like a Dyson. It also comes with an extra filter. The video also shows how to remove and empty the canister, which is also done very similarly to a Dyson. Although the handle pivots/twists, it doesn't redirect the motion of the head of the vacuum like a Dyson ball, but it does help in getting around corners or under cabinets and furniture.It... 4/5 Brian A.   It's sucks and that's a good thing!

  CONSTRUCTION:What struck me first when unboxing and assembling this vacuum cleaner, was its quality. It is solid and well made. There was minor assembly needed and what was needed illustrated the solid and well-thought-out construction of this vacuum cleaner. One thing I really liked was the solid plastic cup that you emptied. So many small vacuums do this poorly. Often you get a cloth type bag that you have to scrape pet hair and dust from. This refuse cup was more typical of a higher end vacuum. All you had to do was pour it out.POWERAfter charging this and running this vacuum for the first time, its power was stunning for a cordless model. I have had several cordless vacuums, none with this suction and pep. I've used this vacuum for 15-30 minutes and not once did it flag in power. I've yet to use it for the full 45 minutes duration it says it's good for.   Nothing but a hand-vac with a tall handle that's very hard to control.

  I recently installed beautiful new hardwood floors and I wanted a vacuum that was FOR hardwoods and would not scratch. This vacuum is marketed to do just that. There is no false advertising, but it just isn't a practical design, and it would be very difficult if not impossible to clean a whole floor with this thing.First of all, it's cordless and lightweight. It has the same suction power and battery life as a hand-vac. It also has the same suction width as a hand-vac. If you look at the picture, you can see on the front of the head where there is a little black rectangular opening; that is how wide the path of cleaning is - it makes a little stripe on your floor. There is no way I could get all the dust off my floors! It's just like cleaning your floors with a hand-vac except you don't have to be on your knees.Actually, it might be easier to clean your hardwoods with a hand-vac because at least you can control the hand-vac and work relatively quickly.   Perfect for what it's meant for....

  The Dirt Devil Kruz is perfect for daily vacuuming around the house. I received mine for Christmas and have used it every day since. I have a big dog who sheds (A LOT) plus an eight year old son who runs in and out of my house with the other 4 kids that live on our street. If you purchase the Kruz with the expectation that it will replace your daily sweeping....you will be THRILLED. It picks up dog fur, cookie crumbs, and dirt/dried grass in your kitchen and around the front door perfectly. I agree with the review that compares the Kruz with a dustbuster. That is exactly the amount of power that it has and the Kruz also holds about the same amount of debris (a little more actually).The things I love about the Kruz are:* It is cordless and lightweight.   Product Exceeds Expectations

  We have two dogs and we needed something to pick up dog hair on hardwood floors. We tried dust mops, Swiffers, and carpet sweepers and all were OK but just that. The Dirt Devil KRUZ met our needs in all respects. It has more than adequate power, the charge lasts for plenty of time, and the charger is very easy to use. Removal, clean out, and replacement of the debris container are easy procedures. We would have preferred a slightly longer handle and a somewhat lower profile that would allow better access under furniture but these are minor issues.
