  Worth it just for the brush cleaner

  This set isn't cheap, but it's worth it. I've got a Roomba 565, which I usually love, but the amount of cleaning the device itself requires is sometimes frustrating. 'Course, if I didn't have 4 cats, it might be less... ;) This set helps releve that frustration somewhat. This set comes with 3 filters that are basically identical to what came with the Roomba itself, plus one of the little spinning brushes that helps pull stuff out from corners and the wall (interestingly, with only 3 brushes to it instead of the 5 or 6 the original had), plus a beater bar and brush set. But the real gem here is the little red plastic brush cleaner. I don't know if this ships with the newer Roombas or not, but it should - this little thing is great. What you do with it is run the large brush through it and it strips all the fur, string, threads, etc. that get caught in the brush out and allows them to be thrown away all in one clump.   Better Quality than Original Brush

  The brush in this kit was of better design than the original brush that came with my 500 series Roomba. It is a bit easier to clean and it seems as though not as much hair gets wrapped around the axle pin. It also feels as though the construction is more solid on this brush.   Do I "love" new Roomba brushes? Not really, but this kit made my Roomba perform almost like new. In fact, the brush seems much better designed than the original. The original had a pair of plastic plates and the rotating knob on the end that would fall off during cleaning, and broke. I fixed them a few times, and then decided to buy this kit.   Cheaper than elsewhere

  So you need filters for your Roomba...well, here they are and they're fairly cheaper than iRobot themselves from time to time. Not really much to say...the filters work...trap a lot of dust.   Good filters, won't last forever though

  If you have a Roomba, you will need to replace the filter every month or so. The little robot vacuum appears to be very good at picking up even microscopic pieces of grit, and the filter helps it keep its suction.   There's not much to it

  This is a pretty simple product, not much could go wrong with it. I got it and yes installing new filters do make your roomba work better. I also recommend some of the replacement brushes if you feel your roomba isn't like it used to be.   Use canned air to make them last.

  Roomba owners know that a fresh filter captures more dust than an old one. If you haven't changed your filter in a while, you are really hampering the cleaning potential of your little robot helper. This is a good price and certainly much better than buying from irobot directly. I make my filters last much longer by taking them outside and using canned air to blast them "clean". It only takes about 5 seconds and makes them almost as good as new.   These are not compatible with Roomba 560 with the blue filters

  I thought that these filters were compatible with my Roomba 560 because it said "500 series compatible" and I figured that mine fell into that category. Wrong. These yellow ones are flat and the return policy is "no returns" basically so that's money down the drain. 1/5 0, November 1, 2010

By quickly I mean within one week the Roomba had pulled the brissles off one of the three arms.   One of the best features of the Roomba

  I recently purchased my first Roomba and I am really glad I did. Not only is it a great vacuum cleaner but it is fun to watch. One of the things I really like about the Roomba is the little side brushes that help to sweep dirt into the vacuum. This is particularly helpful when it is cleaning near corners.   It works

  I bought these for my Roomba 536 for its Aerovac. These fit and work just fine. Snug feeling at first but they do fine. I even find their tabs are easier to use to pull the filter out of the vac.I have used these through multiple runs and each time they are loaded with dust, so they are doing the job.   I couldn't fine the off-line irobot Roomba 550 filters anywhere. I bought the 500 Roomba from Costco but even they didn't have the filters. I searched the product from Amazon.com and was directed to this sellers webpage. I was little skeptical, but seemed ok cause they were putting their name on the line. Others were just generic ones. Received the product in few days, replaced it and seems to be working great. No hassle replacing it and no tear. To me, it seemed that it actual was thicker than the original.   I have purchased this product for my Irobot Roomba about a week ago. I have been using the same filter for about 6 month cleaning the filter every week but decided it was time for me to replace them. First, I wasn't sure if it will be the right fit or the filter would have the sufficient threading to let just right amount of air through and catch all the dust. Once I have received this product, I was sure that it would do the job, and I was right. The filter fitted right in, and filteration thread wasnt too thin or thick. It didnt tear!!!!   It's official: Less is More

  Like most reviewers here, I love my Roomba 550 (to the extent that a man can love a Horseshoe Crab, that is), but feel disgusted by the poor durability of the spinning side brush. The first 'arm' of the side brush broke off after just two weeks of use. Within two months, my Roomba was completely 'armless'. So I ordered this 3-pack one month ago.The new brush has only three 'arms' compared to six in the original design. This has alarmed some reviewers, who thought they have received counterfeit replacement parts. But according to the official iRobot web site, the three-arm version is indeed the new design. I was initially skeptical of whether three arms are better than six in terms of durability. But so far the new brush seems to be working just fine.   Works on the older Roombas too!

  I have the older Roomba Scheduler and also a Discovery and those come with the two brush shorter side brushes, not this one which has three brushes on the rotator. The brushes are a bit longer in this product which I thought might be a problem with the placement of it so close to the wheel, but it appears the old brush was also smacking up against the wheel anyway.   A necessary replacement (3 arms good, 5 arms bad)

  Anyone remembers Orwell's Animal Farm? :)))Like all good things in life, the helicopter Roomba brushes only last for so long. A time comes when they need to be replaced. In our case, there was in fact a transition period where our 5-arm helicopter became a 4-arm, then a 3-arm so we got the replacements. They were 3-arm brushes :). In all fairness, I can't say if they perform better or worse than the original, I'm just happy that our Roombas (got 2) are complete again in the way their maker wishes them to be.From a prospective buyer's point of view, it's probably important to testify that the replacements do work.
