  Nice Vac with Shortcomings

  This thing is solidly built and powerful. Generally pleased - much nicer than the old Wet/Dry Vac that it replaced. Pretty quiet, although not as quiet as the reviews indicated. The bags are nice and hold a lot. Have not used the automatic turn-on feature with power tools.Three nuisance problems:(1) It's fairly easy to move with the high handle, but still gets caught on cords. My solutions was to buy the 15M hose and leave the vac mostly in place.(2) The attachments are a little loose on the hose fitting. This is very minor.(3) The hose diameter is small - no more than 1.5 inches ID at the fitting. Clogs relatively easily by small slivers of wood when hooked to router table. Have to occasionally clear to maintain vacuum strength.More of a curiosity than a problem is that the hose tends to build up static when running continuously as dust collection for the router.   missed expectations

  I purchased this vac together with the Bosch 1773AK 5-Inch Concrete Surfacing Grinder, extra hose, and a hose adapter. I was looking for a self-cleaning vac with a tool switch in order to increase productivity for my DIY sanding and grinding. To be clear: I am not a contractor, I just happen to be a tool affectionado, and I don't mind a high price if I could save myself some time as a result.So, I had some gypsum wall patching to sand at my home, and two small concrete pads to clean from the old paint and mortar droppings.   Decent replacement bags

  Decent replacement bags and I've used many of these with no problems. I would have rated them at 5 stars but they do have one small glitch. I believe these were originally designed for older Bosch models with an elongated container/bag compartment. The current model bag compartments are wider than long so that's the glitch. The Bosch bags are designed for this and if you're looking for a better fit, then I'd choose that route. But for the price, these are a great alternative. In my opinion 20 bags at the same cost as 5 Bosch bags is worth it.They do fit fine and might hold a little less due to being lengthwise. Instead of just inserting the bag, I will open/fluff it up and then insert it. It takes all of about 10 seconds. If you just insert the bag, the bottom folds over and obviously it'll affect how much it can hold.   Not the real thing

  The description led me to believe that this was a replacement Bosch type G bag. The image was of a Bosch bag. The item received, however, was some off brand (I should have guessed by the price). I called the vendor and they readily agreed to take these back and sell me the real bags, which are much better at filtration and are well made.I resent having to go through this excercise because of a misleading product photo.Let the buyer beware! 1/5 D.   Not as pictured - fits Festool

  This hose will fit most vacuums on the big end and the smallend is not as pictured. The swivel fitting on the small endfits over 27mm ribbed tool fittings like Festool sanders. Theoutside will fit inside Festool saw dust port openings. Theend fitting looks and feels identical to a Festool fitting.Obviously, there will be compatibility with Bosch dust portsas well. All this stuff is designed in one relatively smallarea of Germany by engineers who hop from company to company.The Bosch and Festool tools are said to be made in the samefactories as well.   I needed a shopvac hose that would fit into a variety of tools. The Bosch fits the majority of my power tools, as a matter of fact, you would be hard pressed to tell the bosch hose from the festool anti static hose! The nozzle at the tool end looks like it came from the same factory.As others have said, the picture supplied on Amazon is inaccurate.   Very good quality and lightweight hose for almost any U.S. spec. wet/dry vac. The 16+ foot length is perfect. The smaller end fits snugly (difficult to mount at first) on all of my Bosch sanders with the small outlet tube. Sanding with a vac is much more comfortable due to the extremely light weight.   I was a little iffy about spending so much on these back and it only being 5 in a box, but I now have laid those fears to rest. I have two cats... BIG cats, and they shed like crazy.   I'll start with the reasons I didn't give this vac 5 stars. I think there are good reasons for these, but #1. It's not as quick to move from vac to blower mode as my last one was. #2. The blower is a noticeably heavier than my last vac's was.#3 The cord isn't as long as my last shop vac's cord was.Now for the good stuff. This is a powerful and QUIET vac compared to my last one. I would bet that it's the reason the blower is heavier. I think the reason it's not as easy to detach from the main unit is that you have to remove a part to put on an adapter, this will probably prolong the vac's life.So far I really like this new vac. It is very powerful. The manual says to wear goggles while using the blower and I can see why, it's so powerful that even on my first use I could easily see debris flying up into one's eye.   Keep your canister clean

  Using these bags keeps the inside of your canister clean and makes disposal less of a mess when you empty out the vaccum.   If you have to tuckpoint indoors, you need this tool.

  I purchased the 1775E to tuckpoint a 100+ year old brick wall in my basement. I did purchase a blade because of one of the reviews on the site said it did not come with one. To my surprise, it did come with a blade, so now I have two. This is quite alright because I am tuckpointing the entire basement of this house. I couldn't be happier with this tool, it does exactly what Bosch said it would do.When purchased, I wanted to use the 1775E with my 12 gallon 5hp Shop-Vac with the 2½ inch opening... I purchased the VAC020 attachment and it fit perfectly into the hose of the vacuum. To my utter shock there is no airborne dust to speak of when this tool is plugged into the vacuum. I am working in the basement tried to grind with and without the vacuum attachment, the difference is night and day. Without the vacuum attachment, I could grind for moments and was engulfed in dust, with the shopvac engaged there is NO dust whatsoever.   This adapter does not fit anything that I could find. The outside diameter is exactly the same diameter as a standard shop vac hose. The small end outside diameter is the exact same diameter as the dust port of every Bosch tool that I own. In other words it won't fit any Bosch tool without an additional adapter. Neither end will fit either over or inside of anything I have in my shop. This is a completely useless piece of plastic unless you also have other adapters or are using a household vacuum cleaner in your shop. Who does that??   Does the job

  Works well with our Bosch vacuum. Holds plenty of dirt and cat hair, therefore we rarely have to replace bags. I know of no place locally where we can buy them, so via amazon it is! How much can you love a vacuum cleaner bag? Well..it does its job and holds plenty of dirt, etc so we are pleased.Plus, my wife had me add this to my order so we could get free shipping. 5/5 J.   Just as good as OEM, but a hell of a lot cheaper!!!!!

  I had won this little Bosch Compact Plus vacuum in a wood working contest and it came with all original Bosch bags and filters, the cleaner has some real power for its little size way more than I expected. But at first you could only buy replacement bags directly from Bosch, which you can imagine was very expensive. To remedy the cost I started buying off brand bags close in size but I had to cut the mounting tab down in size to make it close but it just didn't have the same suction. Then while searching Amazon for an un-related item I saw these bags so I ordered 5. I didn't realize until they came is that I had ordered 5 bags of 5, then the light went off. Instead of paying $25 for 5 bags I just paid $25 plus tax for 25 bags, not if they worked, I had just scored one heck of a deal. Yes they work, suction is just as good as OEM, they have the same seal shut opening when removing bag to throw it away. No dust comes through the bag and back into the room through the exhaust.   EnviroCare Bosch Type G Vacuum Bags

  I've been using these bags for the past few years with my Bosch canister. I have not run into the problems mentioned below about stalling out the vacuum. Granted these bags don't work as well as the original Bosch bags--the seal isn't as great, and the closing mechanism for when you remove the full bag isn't as good as the original. However, given the difference in price between these and the Bosch brand, the EnviroCare ones certainly work good enough.
